I AM A CONSTITUTIONAL PATRIOT AKA CONPAT!
Rogue courts continue their tyranny as a 3rd lower court orders DACA be reinstated. Courts have run amok usurping power and deliberately overstepping their authority for decades now. When Democrats don’t get their way through Congress they go court shopping.
– We just watched Mueller do it too as he shifted part of his case to a NY judge he knew would authorize the illegal raid on Cohen’s office.
– We saw a secret FISA court (which should not even exist) launch a political hit investigation against Trump based on false evidence created by political operatives.
– We have watched liberal and conservative leaders support and protect this taxpayer financed, unaccountable attack on Trump.
Our Founders knew this would happen so they gave Congress oversight authority of all lower courts. Republicans control Congress and do nothing.
Constitutional Patriots are the only group that has a policy platform of demanding Congress do their job stopping rogue courts. Not one conservative in our Senate, House or a candidacy is talking about forcing constitutional control of courts.
Gowdy, Lee, Gohmert, Cruz, Lee, Rand—they are all frauds.
People who like them have long ignored what conservatism promised to be. They have made conservatism a failed experiment because the decades of promises and grandstanding on our Constitution has not resulted in real attempts to reestablish that same Constitution. Just like their lies about repeal of ObamaCare.
My friends and I are no longer conservatives because of decades of broken conservative promises. Rogue courts are blatantly unconstitutional and very damaging to our society and government. Judges should be removed and courts like the 9th District should be shut down and replaced.
The left loves bad courts who act on their behalf and conservatives do worse than nothing. They won’t even discuss the problem or make it the huge campaign issue it should have been long ago.
Rogue courts are a private oligarchy bypassing our rules of law and government to serve un-American agendas. This is another reason I say no modern conservatives are constitutionalists. The politicians are not, because they ignore this and other major breaches. Voters who call themselves constitutional conservatives yet vote for those who ignore our Constitution are sadly misguided.
Supporting a party and officials who won’t even do the basics of defending our Constitution is not the action of constitutionalist voters.
– We need more Constitutional Patriots who support and demand our basic founding principles. That goal does not exist in conservatism in spite of the unfulfilled promises.
– We are the Conpats. We want our Constitution back and we are not drinking the failed liberal vs conservative indoctrination koolaid. When we said enough is enough we meant it.
– We need more painful truth like this in discussions by actual constitutionalist voters.
– We need a new party because we have 2 corrupt ones working against our Constitution and the outsider President of our choice.
– We need our Constitution re-established because liberals, progressives, conservatives and centrists have let it slip away for their own selfish reasons.
– We need more voters who are Constitutional Patriots instead of something else.
