How many times can this Administration commit egregious acts and get away with it by clouding news cycles with perfectly timed distractions?

Now we have the Iran Nuke Deal and even as it is implemented, two of our naval vessels are seized by the beneficiary of the worst deal America ever made. We still do not know the truth about those boats but hey, who is asking? We have hostages returned so run with the news cycles folks! Sweep that old stuff under the rug of submissiveness our lethargic system of justice and law is composting in.

Do YOU feel like you know the facts about the boats? Our sailors humiliated at gunpoint, stripped of weapons and their crafts, seized as prisoners, held while our President gave a speech that never even mentioned them then released the next day with a slimy story we know is not the truth. What did we give for their return and why were the hostages also returned now? Nukes for hostages makes Reagan/Iran/Contra look like a cafeteria dessert swap. We have a government who ignores us and law while dealing with enemies behind a curtain and mocking our questions with lies as they sweep our concerns aside as if swatting away insects.

For a nation that so eloquently expresses love, loyalty and concern for our military on Veterans and Memorial Day I sure don’t see any follow up in times like these when they are humiliated, used as pawns, then cast aside. Where in the hell are leaders to help an angry nation focus and act on our outrage using the rights of redress, protest and demands guaranteed to us in our Constitution? They abandon us. Where the hell is Congress?

Right now we have 3 sitting U.S. Senators running to be our next President, all proudly proclaim their knowledge and steadfast loyalty to our Constitution. They are lying to us.

Check our Constitution, here is where you can look to see why Rubio, Paul and Cruz should be removed, not promoted. Our entire Congress and the thoroughly corrupted and inept parties they represent should be removed. That is the ONLY constitutional and patriotic solution that remains for a nation numbed by decades of increasing decline dealt to us by politicians whose only priority is serving the donors that keep them in positions of wealth and power they do not earn or deserve.

Here are facts: Our Constitution in Article 6 requires that all in Congress swear an oath to support our Constitution. Rubio, Cruz and Paul swore that oath, all of Congress and officers of our federal courts have. In our entire Constitution only one crime is considered so vile and dangerous to our nation that it is separated, defined and specifically addressed. Treason. Go to Article 3, section 3. Treason is defined as adhering to our enemies, giving them aid and comfort. So, if Congressmen have followed Article 6 then have the integrity to honor the oath they swore before us they are constitutionally obligated to stand against treason. This is not spin, this is a pure accounting of the contents of our Constitution liberals and conservatives keep telling us they cherish. Well if they are honest now is their time to walk their talk or shut up and get out of our way. Article 2, section 4 is next. It says the President and all civil officers SHALL be removed for treason (conviction of). It does not say maybe, coulda, might.IT SAYS SHALL. That is a deliberate unequivocal choice of a word that leaves no wiggle room.

Iran is an active enemy of the U.S. and our allies. They are the world leader in state-sponsored terrorism funneling money and weapons to the very forces that are confronting our military putting our beloved soldiers, in hospital beds, wheelchairs and body bags. By any definition that is an enemy. It is starting to look like all the talk of love and honor toward our military is just talk. How can any Patriot say they stand with them as they are humiliated, endangered by crippling Rules of Engagement then forced to now deal with enemies richer, better trained and more equipped and soon nuclear capable through the dollars, freedom and weaponry lavished upon them by the Iranian Nuke Deal this Administration just completed right out in the open?

I just gave the very clear constitutional definition of and solution for treason along with the obligation of Congress to address it as they are bound to by oath.

Does anyone even care anymore? You now have facts. Facts that clearly demonstrate Cruz, Rubio and Paul are running for the presidency while already in violation of their oaths of office to support our Constitution and they actually have supporters? This is so incredibly insane it defies my ability to express outrage.

Where is ALL of Congress? We have watched scandals and crimes go unpunished for so long as the entrenched parties retain seated officials who get reelected because their office allows them to swap favors to donors who keep purchasing their seats of power. Are we never going to reject them? Our Founders did not tell us to be vigilant so we could watch but play along.

Fast & Furious was an Administration scam perpetrated to make it appear legal U.S. gun dealers were providing weapons to drug cartels. Our government funneled dangerous assault weapons to criminals and never tried to track them. Then some of our Border agents and others were murdered with these weapons provided by a government that now seeks to increase control on our legal guns because they want to limit gun crimes that increased because of their own criminal acts. Congress did nothing. The GOP investigators muddled along ineffectively just for show until it all went away. That was deliberate because an attempt to prosecute required political courage that conflicts with their prime objective, retaining the seats of power that are now lucrative positions for enrichment regardless of results.

They are not our Congress, they are only serving themselves and we no longer have the representation our Constitution dictates. Government in America is to serve at the consent of the People as their service satisfies the obligations of their oaths and that does not happen. Corruption and malfeasance is so comfortably entrenched it now takes place in the open with deals providing dangerous weapons and cash to current unstable enemies. The public complacency and submission is so advanced that not only are there no protests, three of the useless Senators abandoning their duties to seek higher office gather supporters who actually proclaim their guy is a constitutionalist! This is an absurd example of how little citizens either know or care about our Constitution.

Let us remember Benghazi. Can we still profess to honor and cherish our military? The parents of our brave soldiers who perished by heroism there must be wondering. Again a scandal with no justice. Worse yet, a key figure is now running for President against the GOP Senators who ignore treason and not one of them will stand and say, This woman is a criminal and constitutionally disqualified from seeking this office. Not only is she drenched in the blood of the Ambassador she abandoned to be butchered and sodomized as he bled out but she has proven she does not meet qualifications for handling of sensitive security rated documents and info. Why are the GOP candidates respecting her as a legitimate candidate instead of declaring at every stop she must withdraw and face prosecution? Cruz WAS a prosecutor, he knows all of this, he boasts of his Ivy League training on all matters constitutional and he refuses to utter the words, guilty of treason while honoring Hillary as a viable opponent? Has the entire nation gone mad? What planet is this?

So today we have news of happy days, partnerships with enemies who are still engaged against us but a few hostages were released so all is just super. Well let loose the pigeons and all hail the Pharaoh as the minions look on wondering what Constitution the rest of the nation is reading. The IRS scandal went away too. Fuel prices are being manipulated to destroy our domestic alternative industries and then our trade nations will once again own us because our ingenuity was circumvented by politics. We have no Keystone but we have government free to act without an opposition party. All scandal and crimes with no justice at every turn. Let the conservatives and liberals accept this, I will have no part. Let them support those guilty of committing the crimes or looking the other way to enable them. Times have changed and so did they, I have no idea what they stand for but their words are empty, their acts submissive. I am a Constitutional Patriot and so I have given pure constitutional evidence of the crimes and the duty of those charged with enforcement.

The hostage release was a distraction to keep anyone from focusing on the treasonous aspect of implementing the nuke deal. What role the boat and embarrassment of our sailors played we can only guess. However; you know we are freeing up more than $100 billion in assets once frozen because Iran was making the world so dangerous and unstable, right? This was an extreme act to pressure Iran with crippling economic sanctions to punish their bad behavior. Did you know after our sailors were returned a quiet announcement was made that we will be paying Iran interest on their assets for the time we blocked access to them? Yes. We are now making a payment of approximately another $1.3 billion in interest payments for their bad behavior. Or was it ransom? Will we ever know? Dont ask a congressman. If they arent just ignoring it they are criss-crossing the nation seeking higher office as they fail so miserably in the office we already trusted them with.
