Everyone talks about the friction caused by the GOP faction called RINOs.
That isn’t their big problem.
Plantation Conservatives are supporting corruption too.
Too many GOP voters and officials put party over country.
Traditional conservatives realize this, so they deliberately remain loyal to our Constitution and basic founding principles over party. These are our Conpats, Constitutional Patriots.
Conpats are noticeably different because they hold our Founders belief that when a party becomes a problem we stop supporting them, then replace the party.
RINOs and media trained conservatives are religiously loyal to the GOP, no matter what they do. These are the Plantation Conservatives. They don’t know or care that the GOP has core issues beyond repair. For them it is Republican Party or Bust. Even when they have already seen the damage the bust brings.
Here are the points of separation:
1. Plantation Conservatives know the People are supposed to own and control government, yet they remain dedicated to a GOP that ignores the People while serving other masters.
Conpats stand with our Founders in the belief any power or party that tries to upstage the People must go.
2. Plantation Conservatives are submissive and act like current parties are part of government the People are forced to accept.
Constitutional Patriots still have the patriotic defiance of our Founders and realize parties exist only with our consent and support.
3. Conservatives decided to take over the GOP then use them to fix America starting with Goldwater in the early 60’s
The GOP has only gotten worse and nearly lost America, but Plantation Conservatives STILL like that plan.
Constitutional Patriots are smart enough to realize after 27 midterm elections and 13 presidential elections where the GOP has not been fixed by conservatives, the plan is a well documented failure and the GOP refuses to be fixed.
4. Conpats never stop using critical thinking skills because they know times change and leaders change directions.
Plantation Conservatives decide they fully trust a national radio star or “conservative” politician and that trust blinds them to any future facts or betrayals that should be red flags. Others think for them.
5. Conpats support our founding principles and Constitution so they learn both and use them as guideposts in assessing integrity of leaders and media.
Plantation Conservatives decide who their right wing heroes are and let those pundits and politicians tell them what is right or wrong. Show them where their heroes are in conflict with our constitutional principles and they become upset and refuse to have a rational fact based discussion.
6. Constitutional Patriots realize the GOP is entrenched with a crony/donor/lobbyist network reaching the most remote corners of our 3,144 county structures. Corrupted in too many points to fix.
Plantation Conservatives think they can vote for one GOP official they like and they are not supporting this entrenched national spiderweb that defies us.
7. Conpats realize RINOs are only part of the establishment. The other part is the officials and pundits continuously coaching Plantation Conservatives to vote for the GOP that abandoned them long ago.
8. Conpats believe repeating failure and expecting different results is foolish.
Plantation Conservatives are indoctrinated to believe just one or two future magical elections will change the GOP who will then Save America!
9. Constitutional Patriots know our Founders warned us to use our Constitution to replace parties gone bad or the People would lose power. This patriotic belief prevents the GOP machine from indoctrinating Conpats.
No one ever says, “I am indoctrinated.”
They just demonstrate it by behavior they are not able to rationalize or defend. This is why Plantation Conservatives become emotional or even angry when confronted with their contradictions. When truth of history, Constitution or our Founders conflict with loyalty to the GOP the GOP wins with Plantation Conservatives every time. Even though the GOP angers them. That is textbook indoctrination.
10. We know the swamp is protected by a network of donors, lobbyists and cronies at all levels committed to preserving power and wealth they have no right to.
Conpats say it must stop and the swamp rat incubator of the GOP is as guilty as Democrats. They ALL must go.
Plantation Conservatives refuse to admit their heroes are meeting with and serving the same cronies, donors and lobbyists.
11. Constitutional Patriots see a failed party backstabbing the base and enforce accountability by rejecting the party that left them.
Plantation Conservatives see failure and backstabbing for decades and refuse to hold the guilty party accountable.
12. Conpats agree with our Founders that the People have a duty to actively enforce our Constitution and principles.
Plantation Conservatives think it is enough to just complain and wait for someone else to fix everything.
13. Conpats know we need term limits the GOP unites with Democrats to oppose. We know career politicians defy founding principles of citizen representatives of our best and brightest. We know the pensions, perks and benefits Congress gave itself to create careers in DC are wrong and the GOP is as guilty as Democrats. We know both parties have rigged the system to protect and enrich themselves, so we again enforce accountability by saying a party involved in this must be replaced.
Plantation Conservatives agree that all of this is wrong but they hope for the GOP to fix it though the GOP and Plantation Conservatives in DC will not even address any of it. They survive by these un-American abuses of our system.
14. Plantation Conservatives know right from wrong, but ignore the difference when it applies to them, their media stars or the GOP heroes who pretend to be Constitutionalists.
Conpats say the same standards of truth and principles must apply to everyone.
15. Plantation Conservatives are patriotic but easily misled because they still believe our battle is between the Good GOP and the Bad Democrats. So they rely on a bad GOP that doesn’t even want them.
Constitutional Patriots realize our struggle is patriotic citizens against two out of control parties who serve themselves at our peril.
So, the Plantation Conservatives never walk their talk while Conpats say We the People have more rights and power than corrupt parties and we will walk our talk with or without them.
People have to decide – are you truly a Constitutional Patriot or has the GOP and media indoctrinated you to life as a Plantation Conservative?
Plantation Conservatives need to revolt!
The party that was supposed to serve you is now treating you like property that works for them.
