Would you like to know what you, we, us can do about the corruption in governments and the rogue Congress trying to stop Trump before indictments come down?
Do not look to our Constitution for answers. It has no plan, no suggestions, no guidance. Use your imagination and make your own strategy. If you hit on something others will join you. THAT is what our Constitution allows, using our imaginations to develop tactics that fit the issues, the times and the severity of the problems we address.
So never look to our Constitution for instructions on how to handle grievances or force officials to comply with us. Nothing is there because that was never the intent of our Constitution or the mindset of our Founders and ancestors. When they debated, wrote, adapted and pitched our Constitution they were dealing with a citizenry that was wary but had just defeated the world superpower. The People were not going to stand for restrictions on themselves, but they loudly demanded restrictions on government. So, that’s what we got.
The short version is, under our Constitution we can unite in doing whatever it takes to get government under control as long as we do not injure people or property. We literally have countless options limited only by our own ambitions and imaginations.
The authors did not create a government to rule America, they created a system of government to SERVE the People because WE are the actual power. Indoctrination and poor education has diluted that reality from the collective American mind, but it is still the reality. It is OUR government and it is not their nation, it is ours. Think of government as a management company we own and they are employees of and you have the right perception of structure.
Next have a look at our Constitution. It is written as a guide and control system for government, not us. It states how government will be structured and what each of the three branches is responsible for. Our Founders were well aware that governments always seek to grow and use more power for their own benefit so that was covered too.
The 9th and 10th amendments in our Bill of Rights is our protection against federal government grabbing too much power. In Article 1, section 8 the powers of Congress are listed, that is all they are supposed to have. Called the “enumerated powers” this list illustrates how our Founders felt about the reach of national government. It is quite limiting. Powers necessary but not in the list are left over for state governments to develop and use as needed. That is what our 10th amendment states.
The ninth amendment was and is very important because it says that the powers granted to government are not to be taken as power to deny or alter rights of the People. Right there, two amendments protecting our Right to own and control government. We are the masters, it is supposed to be our servant. When that balance shifts it is OUR duty to keep it straight by the most effective methods we unite behind. The directions on how to accomplish this were never written. We are free to proceed as we see fit when we decide it is necessary to do so.
THAT is what being American is all about. So if you want change, use your imagination and gather support for your plan. Watch for worthwhile ideas from others. Unite and build a movement. We are only limited by our own imagination and willingness to act.
If y’all want to be taken seriously as Constitution authorities, you may want to remove that “impeach Adam Schiff” ad, and come up with a more constitutional solution. The Founders deliberately left out an impeachment option for Congress.
That is an AdSense ad, not ours. We cannot control which ads show up on any given page via that platform. At best, it can only be limited by category.
IAC, whether that or 100 ads like it show up on the site, has nothing to do with any “qualifications” for our knowledge of the Constitution or anything else, for that matter.
