The FISA Court is un-American and should be be shut down. We need to have this discussion and force the closure.
The abuses of this court regarding President Trump and the Mueller probe clearly illustrate why such a court is dangerous to our republic.
They were the vehicle of choice for entrenched corrupt officials hell bent on destroying an innocent President.
The concept of a secret court available only to government entities tied to deep state swamp dwellers is a Soviet trait, not an American institution.
We never had such a court prior to 1978 and should not have one now.
Here is what we all need to know but right & left wing media will not tell you….our FISA Court is available 24/7 in secret so any federal investigative agency can obtain warrants to use full power and resources to secretly look into any citizen. And no limits or oversight is in place to control or expose them.
Worse yet….they do not operate as normal courts do. Most courts reject many warrant requests due to constitutional standards that must be met for issuing warrants. Evidence of legitimate reasonable suspicion and potential criminal acts must exist.
FISA Court operates differently. With all operations in secret, constitutional standards do not exist. The result is over 99% of all FISA applications are approved.
What we have here is a rubber stamp, phony warrant court to empower feds to run rogue under the cloak of legality while no one anywhere is able to look into what they are doing.
This is why deep state Democrats from within the FBI and other bureaucracies ran straight to FISA Court to attack Trump.
Hillary insiders worked that angle because all DC insiders know the real secret value of FISA is helping feds get around our Constitution and rights.
Our Constitutional Patriot organization has long been opposed to the existence of a court whose intent is to give federal officials a secret route to ignoring our Constitution.
The attacks on Trump empowered by this crooked court are actually not an abuse of that courts power. The deep state application of the court against President Trump demonstrates why the swamp quietly created a court for unconstitutional use against us citizens in the first place.
FISA Court is an unfettered weapon of Gestapo-like agencies and must be shut down if we care at all about our Constitution, rights and freedom.
It is a deep state court against We the People.
